eM Client is a professional tool for managing emails, calendars, and contacts, dedicated to Windows users. As an official partner, we offer licences integrated with our email services. Below, you will find instructions on how to complete the purchase and installation process.

Step 1: Selecting and ordering a licence

To gain access to the full version of the program along with the download link, you must first place an order for the appropriate package:

  1. Go to: https://smartxhosting.uk/email-client.
  2. Select the package that suits your needs.
  3. Click the Order Now button and complete the ordering process.

Step 2: Downloading the program

After payment and service activation in our system, you will receive access to the installer file.

Step 3: Installation on Windows

  1. Run the downloaded installer file (.msi or .exe format).
  2. In the installer window, accept the Licence Agreement.
  3. Click the Install button. The process will take a few to several seconds.
  4. When finished, click Finish. The program will start automatically.
Important: Licence activation
On the first launch, the program will ask for the product key. Copy the key received in your email and paste it into the activation field to unlock the full functionality of the program.

Step 4: Configuring your epoczta.com account

eM Client has an automatic configuration feature. Simply:

  1. Select the option to add a new account.
  2. Enter your full email address (e.g. john@epost.plus).
  3. Enter your mailbox password.

The program will automatically detect the IMAP/SMTP server settings and synchronise your calendars and contacts (if you have a Premium or VIP package).
