If for any reason you wish to cancel your email service, you can do so at any time directly from your Client Area. The process is fully automated.

Step 1: Locating the service

Log in to your Client Area, then go to the section:
My Products & Services -> Details (next to the chosen email service).

Step 2: Accessing the cancellation form

In the left-hand side menu, under the "Actions" section, find and click the link:
ø Cancel Service.

Step 3: Completing the cancellation request

On the "Account Cancellation Request" screen, fill in the following information:

  • Briefly describe the reason for cancellation: Your feedback is valuable to us and helps improve our services.
  • Type of cancellation: Choose the appropriate option from the drop-down list:
    • Immediate: The service will be disabled within the next 24 hours (remember to secure your data!).
    • End of billing period: The service will remain active until the last paid day and will not be renewed for the next period.

Step 4: Confirmation

After selecting the options, click the red "Cancel Service" button at the bottom of the page.

Important:
Please note that cancelling your email account will result in the deletion of all emails and files stored on the server after the service expires. Make sure to back up any important data before the account cancellation date.

If you change your mind or clicked the cancellation option by mistake, you can use the "Cancel" button to return to the service management view without making any changes.
