Customer Dashboard

Customer dashboard is a place where you can manage all your services and invoices. You can get access to it by registering an account on our website.

Once you have created an account and successful legged in you will see main page of this dashboard. You can notice following sections here:

Section 1: Personal data

This section shows your personal informations as a account owner as well as your billing details for invoicing purposes. You can use an update button to provide/change your data and get quick access to email preferencces of your account.

When you press an "Update" button located in this section, you will see a page with following settings:

Personal Information - basic account owner data like: First Name, Last Name, Email Address, Phone Number and Language.
Billing Address - all necessary information for invoicing purposes.
Email Preferences - decide here which email notifications you would like to receive .
Mailing List - occasional news, information and special offers by email. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Once you are happy with your settings don't forget to press "Save Changes" button at the bottom of the personal settings page.

Section 2: Contacts

If you wish to share your account with another person for manage or billing purposes you can add his personal data here. Just click the "New Contact" button and provide all required data.

Section 3: Shortcuts

If you need to quick order a new service or register new domain you can links to do so in this section.

This banner is a kind of advertising section for our services. We present our latest offer that may interest you.

Section 5: Info tiles

This section shows the numbers of the most important parts of your account. You can find info of:

  • Services: number of active services. You can click this tile to display detailed list of all your services.
  • Domains: number of domains registered or transferred with us. Please note that this not include domains maintained by other registrars. You can click this tile for details
  • Unpaid Invoices: number of invoices with "Unpaid" status. You can click this tile for details.
  • Tickets: number of your support tickets. You can click this tile for details.

Section 6: Active services

List of all your active services. Shows following data: service name, associated domain, status info and manage button.

Section 7: Renewal information

If any of your services is due to renewal, you will see a notification here. To renew selected services manually, press the "Renew Now" button.

You will be redirected to the Service Renewal page, where you will find details of all services due to renewal. To renew selected service just clik "Add to Cart" button, and then "Checkout" button to start standard checkout procedure.

Section 8: Quick domain adding

This section is a shortcut to quick domain registration or transfer. You can find more information of registering and transferring domain in this guide.

Section 9: Recent support tickets

This section contains list of your recent support tickets. it shows following data: ticket number, ticket subject, status info and last update time.

Section 10: News

If there is any news about your services, you will find it here.
