Customer Dashboard - Services
This part of customer portal contains detailed information of all your purchased services. You can access it by clicking "Services" icon on a left sidebar menu.
Services dashboard will appear. You can notice following sections here:
Section 1: Actions
You can find some usable links here for basic service managing, like:
- Renew Services
- Place a New Order
- View Available Addons
Renew Services - link to the Service Renewal page, where you will find details of all services due to renewal. To renew selected service just clik "Add to Cart" button, and then "Checkout" button to start standard checkout procedure.
Place a New Order - to buy new service you can use this link and complete you order as described in step 3 of this guide/.
View Available Addons - this link is for product addons purchasing such as advanced SSL certificates for additional website security
Clicking this link bring you to Addons Order Page. You can review all available addos here and choose the one that fits you the most. Once you've made your selection click "Add to Cart" button at desired product.
A popup windows appears where you need to select billing cycle and product/service you want to purchase this addon for.
After making necessary selections addon will be added to cart and you will be able to complete order.
Section 2: Current offer banner
This banner is a kind of advertising section for our services. We present our latest offer that may interest you.
Section 3: Service list
The main part of the Services page is a service/product list. It contains all services you have purchased with following details:
- Service name and associated domain
- Price and billing cycle
- Date of the next payment
- Service status
You can filter this list using "View"option at the top of the list to display services with desired status 1 or you can go to the management page by clicking on selected service or using three dots menu. 2
