Customer Dashboard - Billing and Quotes.
This part of customer portal contains all your financial and billing data. It is divided to the following sections:
Section 1: My Invoices
You can find all your invoices here for newly purchased products and services, as well as for recurring payments.
You can click on selected invoice to display it and get access to download link 1.
Section 2: My Quotes
This section is for quoting custom services. You will see all quotes proposed to you. If the list is empty and you want to ask for a quotation click "Open New Ticket" button and send us an info what a quotation should regards to.
If you have already received quotes from us, you will see a list here with a details like the ID number, subject, creation and expiration dates, and the status. You can click on selected position on the list to display details of selected quotation.
Now you can view all the details of the selected offer and decide whether to accept it or not. If you decide not to accept the offer, just leave it as is, it will expire automatically. However, if you decide to accept the offer click "Accept Quote" button.
Please be aware that accepting a quote is considered entering into a contract and you will not be able to cancel once accepted. You need to accept the Terms and Conditions prior accepting the quote itself.
After accepting a quote please wait until we prepare a new invoice for you. You will be notified by email when we issue a new invoice.
Now, you need to go to My Invoices page and locate new invoice. It will receive "Unpaid" status.
Next step is payment for new invoice. Select it and, choose payment method and press "Pay Now" button.
On the checkout screen check if all data is correct and press "Make Payment" button to finalize payment.
Once we confirm your payment we will start realizing the service you have accepted a quote for.
Section 3: Payment Methods
You can edit existing methods details 1 or add a new one 2 here.
Provide all required information and press "Save Changes" to complete editing/adding payment method.
