Monitoring servers status
This page contains built in tools for monitoring status of our servers. You can check their uptime here, as well as performance. The page is divided into two sections:
Uptime section
It shows operational time of our servers for last 6 hours. You can check here if there were any interruptions for your services.
- You can find status of 3 our servers:
- 1 SmartxHosting - status of www.smarthosting.com webpage, where customer dashboard is located
- 2 PLESK 1 - our first server to place customers services on
- 3 PLESK 2 - our second server to place customers services on
If you are not sure where your services are placed, login to the customer dashboard at www.smartxhosting.com, go to Services, select desired service and scroll down to "Recommended for you" section. Go to "Hosting information" tab and check "Server Name" entry.
Performance section
You can find here tables with detailed performance data of our servers. You can refresh the page to run test again and display the most recent results. The highlighted value indicates overall server performance. You should rely on this value for most web applications, unless you know what kind of calculations are crucial for your website.
