Detailed guide of adding an epost.plus email account to MS Outlook.
To access an epost.plus email account in a mail client, you need at least a Premium subscription. The Basic plan does not support external email clients and can only be used via Webmail at: https://mail.epost.plus.
Step 1 - open MS Outlook and choose the option to add a new account.
On first launch, MS Outlook will open the account setup automatically. For existing setups, navigate to File → Add Account.

Enter your full email address and click Continue. In the next window, enter your account password and press Continue again.

MS Outlook will display a message stating that IMAP account setup requires mailbox synchronization with Microsoft Cloud. Note that any contacts or calendar events created in Outlook will be saved to Microsoft Cloud. To proceed, click Continue.

Outlook will automatically attempt to configure the necessary mail server settings. When successful, your account will be activated and your mailbox data will start synchronizing.

Step 2 - manual email server setup.
Should the automatic configuration fail, MS Outlook will return an error. Manual server configuration will then be required. Click Advanced and choose the IMAP option to proceed with manual setup.

A configuration window will appear where you'll need to enter the following server settings:
IMAP- IMAP username - your full email address (e.g., john.brown@epost.plus)
- IMAP password) - your email account password
- IMAP Incoming Server - mail.epost.plus
- Port - 993
- Encryption method - SSL
- SMTP username - your full email address (e.g., john.brown@epost.plus)
- SMTP password - your email account password
- SMTP Outgoing Server - mail.epost.plus
- Port - 587
- Encryption method - StartTLS

If your settings are correct, you'll see a message explaining that IMAP setup needs to sync with Microsoft Cloud. This means your Outlook contacts and calendar entries will be saved there. Click Continue if you agree.

Outlook will add your account and begin synchronizing your mailbox
