§1 General Provisions

To register a .EU domain, the following formatting guidelines must be adhered to:

- Include reserved names or trademarks without proper authorisation.
- The Service reserves the right to refuse registration or block an email address that violates these Terms.
§3 User Obligations
- Users must keep their login credentials, especially passwords, confidential and must not disclose them to third parties. Users bear full responsibility for any consequences of unauthorised access to their account resulting from negligence in securing login details.
- Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Sending unsolicited messages (spam) or engaging in marketing or promotional activities without appropriate consent from recipients;
- Sharing illegal content, including material that is pornographic, incites hate or discrimination, or infringes on intellectual property rights;
- Using their email account in ways that violate the privacy, personal rights, or security of other users.
- In the event of suspected suspicious activity on their account, users are obligated to notify the Service immediately to allow for protective measures to be taken.
§4 Email Account Security
- Users are encouraged to regularly change their account passwords, preferably using complex combinations of letters, numbers, and special characters.
- When using the Service on public or shared devices, users must log out after each session to prevent unauthorised access.
- Users bear full responsibility for all actions conducted via their account, including breaches of security resulting from insufficient care in safeguarding login credentials.
§5 Service Provider's Obligations
- The Service Provider will endeavour to ensure continuous and uninterrupted provision of the Service, in line with these Terms.
- For planned maintenance or technical updates that may temporarily limit access to the Service, the Service Provider will inform users of the expected duration of such activities in advance, where possible.
- The Service Provider shall not be liable for disruptions caused by force majeure events, such as natural disasters, infrastructure failures, cyberattacks, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond their control.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the scope of the services or temporarily suspend access to perform necessary technical work, with efforts made to minimise inconvenience to users.
§6 Service Provider's Liability
- The Service Provider employs appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect user accounts against unauthorised access. However, the Service Provider shall not be held liable for any security breaches resulting from user negligence in meeting the obligations specified herein.
- The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete a user account if a violation of these Terms is identified. In such cases, no refund of unused service fees will be provided.
§7 Final Provisions
- These Terms may be updated periodically, with any changes communicated to users via email or other available means of communication.
- Continued use of the Service after amendments to these Terms implies acceptance of the changes.
